Vineyard locations

With an area of around 23,380 hectares under cultivation, which is divided into 25 large-scale and 325 vineyard locations, the Palatinate is the second largest wine growing area in Germany. Sheltered by the hills of the Haardtgebirge, the approximately 165 hectares of vineyards operated by the Winzerverein Deidesheim produce great wines bearing well-known names such as Reiterpfad (1) in Ruppertsberg, Paradiesgarten (2), Langenmorgen (3), Leinhöhle (4), Kieselberg (5), Grainhübel (6), Kalkofen (7), Mäushöhle (8) and Herrgottsacker (9) in Deidesheim as well as Ungeheuer (10) and Jesuitengarten (11) in Forst.
