Morio-Muscat
Due to its rich bouquet, this grape variety is considered to be a speciality. A cross of the Silvaner and Muskateller grape (not the Pinot Blanc (Weißer Burgunder) as was originally claimed by the viticulturalist Peter Morio), it ripens fairly early and its requirements regarding vineyard location are middle-of-the-range. Deep, medium-heavy soils suit the Morio grape best and provide us with a typical bouquet wine of medium quality to be enjoyed on an every-day basis.
