Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder)
The Pinot Blanc is the result of a mutation of the Ruländer grape variety, which, in turn, mutated from the Pinot Noir (Blauer Burgunder). This grape will only do well in good and warm locations where the soil is deep and the water retention sufficient. This is where our nutty, delicately fruity and mildly acidic Pinot Blanc is produced.
